  • Engage with airports, airlines, and industry stakeholders to position Searidge as a leader in digital transformation.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiating, and closing complex deals involving system integration, AI, and data-driven solutions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with the FAA to understand their priorities, identify alignment opportunities, and position Searidge for long-term partnership.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and customers, focusing on delivering value and scaling opportunities over time.
  • Conduct strategic account planning to identify growth opportunities, address customer needs, and maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, technical experts) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Represent Searidge at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Monitor market trends and provide actionable feedback to inform product and business strategy.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to generate new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, AI, system integration, and data-driven solutions.
  • Experience in the aviation, airport, or ANSP sector is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with federal sales processes and experience engaging with government agencies, such as the FAA, is a strong asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Highly strategic and self-motivated, with a proven ability to navigate complex markets and drive results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation package, including base salary, commission, and performance incentives.
